one good memory

Even when all memories of a former connection feel murky, some remain bright and untouched. One Good Memory asked participants to anonymously submit one good thing about these intentionally (and often rightly) severed relationships; of exes, of estranged family members, of former bosses. Salient phrases were clipped from these submissions, laser-cut out of cardboard, and installed in a black room. Viewers walked along with lights in hand, exploring these faintly glowing impressions.
